Usingthe microwave auto feature.
TheDefrost Auto/]Tme feature gives you two ways to defrost frozen foods. Press Defrost Auto/]Tme once for
Auto Defrost or twice for .time Defrost.

Conversion Guide
If the weight otfbod is stated in pounds
and ounces, the ounces must be
