Be sure the controls are in the OFFposition and aft surfaces are cool before cleaning any part of the
warming drawer.
Warming Drawer Pan
Most cleaning can be done to the pan
with the pan in place in the (h'awe_:
HoweveL the pan may be removed if
filrther cleaning is needed,
Open the drawer flflly. Using the finger
grasp holds on the side ot the drawe_; lift
the pan up and out,
Use soap and wmm water to thoroughly
clean,
Rack
Clean the rack with detergent and watex:
_Mter cleaning, rinse the rack with clean
water and (h_' with a clean cloth.
Stainless Steel
Donotusea steelwoolpad,it will scratch
thesurface.
To clean the stainless steel sur{hce, use
waHn sudsy water or a stainless steel
cleaner or polish. _Mwa)'s wipe the surti_ce
in the direction of the grain, Follow
cleaner instructions fi)r cleaning the
stainless steel stmfhce,

Control Knob
The control knob may be removed br eas/or
clean/bg.
Before removing the knob fi_r cleaning,
please note that it is in the PROOf
position.
Wash the knob in soap and water or
a vinegar and hot water solution but
do not soak.
Dry and replace the knob.
