How to Use the Minute/Second Timer
The MIN/SEC TIMER has three
timing functions:
- It operates as a minute timer.
• It can be set to delay cooking.
• It can be used as a hold setting
after defrosting.
The MIN/SEC TIMER operates
without microwave energy.
How to Time a 3-Minute
Phone Call

2. Touch number pads 3, 0 and 0
(for 3 minutes and no seconds).

Programming a HOLD Time
The Minute/Second Timer can also
h_ i=q_r! tn nrnnr_m "hnlcl time"
between microwave cooking func-
tions. The time can range from one
second to 99 minutes and 99
seconds. A HOLD, or "standing"
time may be found in some of your
own recipes or Cookbook.-
To set the oven to delay cooking up
to 99 minutes follow Steps 1 and 2
to enter hold time. Then touch

How to Defrost, Hold and
Time Cook
Let's say you want to defrost a

Step 1: Take casserole from freezer
and place it in the oven.

Step 4: Set standing or hold time by
touching MIN/SEC TIMER. :0
TIME flashes.
Step 5: Touch 1, 0, 0 and 0 to hold
for ten minutes. 10:00 appears on
display.

The display shows :0 and ENTER
COOK TIME flashes.
Step 7: Touch 2, 5, 0 and 0 for
twenty-five minutes of cooking
time. 25:00 appears on display.
Step 8: Touch _ I/a_ I, _o:uu count-
ing down shows on display, As each
