Defrosting Tips
• Place fi_od in a micro_m'e safi_dish.
• Place roasts ti_t-side down. Place whole
poultry breast-side down.
• Drain liquids during defl'osting.
Standing Time
Atter defrosting, most meats should stand
5 minutes to complete defrosting., I,aroe
roasts should stand for about 30 minutes.
Slanding time can be programmed to
count down at the end of the deli'ost c_cle.
