Auto Defrost
Tile Defrostfeature gives you two wa}_sto
defi'ost fl'ozen fl_ods. Press DEFROST(race
for Auto Defrost or twice for Time Defrost
Use Auto Defrost for meat, poultry and fish
weighing up to 6.b potmds. Use Time
Defrost for most other frozen tOo(Is.
Auto Defrost automatically sets tile
defi'osting times and power levels to give
even defi'osdng results tor nleats, poultry
and fish.

Guide
• Remove meat fl'om package and place on
microwave-sale dish.
• _Mter one half of tile defrosting time, turn
tile food ovei: Renlove deli'osted nleat or
shieM w;mn areas with small pieces of
foil.
•?dter defrosting, most meats need to
stand 5 minutes to complete deli'osting.
I_uge roasts should stand tot about
30 minutes.
