Using Vscan gateway software

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged.
2. Remove the Archive
microSD card from the Vscan (see
page 2-17).
3. Insert the Update
microSD card in the Vscan (see
page 2-18).
4. Place Vscan on the Docking station and make sure that the
power supply is connected to the Docking station.
5. Open the display to start the Vscan.
The Vscan is running a system test.
• If the test failed, close the display to turn off the system
and contact service.
• If the test passed the Consult user documentation
screen is displayed.
6. Press Store and Color simultaneously to start the
installation.
The unit is turned off automatically when the installation is
completed. Close the display.
7. Remove the Update
microSD card from the Vscan and
reinsert the Archive
microSD card.
8. Open the display to restart the Vscan.
CAUTION
Do not turn off the Vscan during the update. Doing so could
cause an error requiring the device to be sent for repair.
