as you install the Heavv Due,' _hter Filtration System. Using a

qualified installer is recommended.

This Heavy Duty Water Filtration System must be properly installed and located in accordance with the Installation Instructions

before it is used.

YoumustfollowtheirguidesasyouinstafltheHeavyDutyWater

FiltrationSystem.

• Usethe HeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemonapotable,safe-to-

drink,homeCOLDwatersupplyonly.Thefiltercartridgewill not

purifywaterormakeunsafewatersafetodrink.DONOTuseon

HOTwater(100°1:max).

• ProtecttheHeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemandpipingfrom

freezing.Waterfreezingin thesystemwill damageit.

• YourHeavyDutyWaterFiltrationSystemwill withstandupto

100psiwaterpressure,ffyourhousewater supplypressureis

higherthan 100psiduringtheday(itmayreachhigherlevels

atnight),installapressurereducingvalvebeforethe system

isinstalled.

• Do not install on HOT WATER.Tile temperature of tile water

supply to tile Heavv Duty _4'ater Filtration System must be

between tile minimum of 40°F and tile maximum ot 100°E

• Do notinstall the Heavv Dull,' _MKer Filtration System using

copper solder fittings. Tile heat fl'om tile soldering process

will damage tile unit.

• If making a soldered COl)per installation, do all sweat soldering

before c(mnecfing pipes to tile s)_stem. Torch heat will damage

plastic parts.
