Answering system

Delete your recorded OGA

If you want to use the pre-recorded outgoing announcement, simply

delete your recorded OGA.

Using a cordless handset

1. Press .

2. Press or to select ANS SYSTEM and then press .

3. Press or to select ANNOUNCEMENT and then press .

4. Press or to select DELETE and then press .

Using the telephone base

1. Press .

2. Press / to select ANS SYSTEM and then press .

3. Press / to select ANNOUNCEMENT and then press

4. Press / to select DELETE and then press .

Play the current outgoing announcement

The following steps allow you to listen to the current outgoing

announcement. The answering system plays the pre-recorded

outgoing message if you have not recorded your own.

Using a cordless handset

1. Press .

2. Press or to select ANS SYSTEM and then press .

3. Press or to select ANNOUNCEMENT and then press .

4. Press again to select PLAY OGA. The system announces the

outgoing announcement you are currently using.

Using the telephone base

1. Press .

2. Press / to select ANS SYSTEM and then press .
