Offering a new solution for offshore and onshore applications, GE Oil & Gas introduces its

LM6000 Enhanced Package, which builds on more than 16 million hours of experience

compiled by GE’s LM6000 aeroderivative gas turbine ﬂeet. The LM6000 is the highest

efﬁciency gas turbine that can guarantee NOx emissions at 15ppm in the 35 - 60 MW range.

The new, integrated package features the LM6000 aeroderivative gas turbine coupled with

a centrifugal compressor for mechanical drive duty. It has been speciﬁcally designed

to meet the stringent requirements of the liquefaction market, with special attention to

ﬂoating LNG applications where compressor operation and fuel ﬂexibility are key.

Applying proven, advanced technologies to deliver greater value Gas Turbine The LM6000 is a simple-cycle, two-shaft, high performance gas turbine derived from the powerful GE CF6-80C2 high bypass turbofan aircraft engine, delivering more than 44 MW at over 42% thermal efficiency. A direct drive provides 60,000 shaft horsepower from either end of the low pressure rotor for a wide range of electric power generation and mechanical drive applications in any environment.
