Installing Batteries
127(If the Model 340T
Transmitter will not be used for an
extended period of time, remove
the batteries to prevent damage
due to battery leakage.
1. Turn off the Model 340T Transmitter.
2. Locate the battery compartment cover plate on the transmitter rear
panel.
3. Remove the cover plate. Use your thumb to lift the raised end.

4. Remove the depleted batteries.

for the disposal of used batteries.
