g) Repeat this operation until last arch is installed with the rail door on the inside.
h) Repeat step e) on last arches.
i) Add up the rest of the connecting pipes remaining (90-006, 90-007 or 90-008).
j) Make sure your shelter is at square position with a 90º angle front to back & bottom to top.
k) Make sure the base is open to the shelter’s width, measured from the exterior of the
pipes, in front and back (AC, BD)
l) Verify that diagonal distances AD and BC are equal, and lengths AB and CD are equal.
*For Oval 18x20x7’6
aa) Insert back legs (96-405) into the extension (96-402) then into an end arch one side at a time.
bb) Insert regular legs (96-404) into the extension (96-402) then into a regular arch.
5. COVER INSTALLTION (Ties are always on the inside)
a) Place cover in front of the completed structure as shown in Fig. 5.
b) Unfold the cover as shown and place it onto the structure.
c) The front of the shelter is the side with windows (1 on the left. 1 on the right, if included).
d) Assemble roof on the structure making sure that the triangular corner is at the front.
e) Lace rope through grommets and around pipes tightly going
completely around the garage (see fig. 6)
P.S. Use straps for the strap model instead of the cord.
Gradually tighten all around the structure. Grommets are
placed in the upper corner of each door. Put the remaining cord
through these grommets and secure to the ground with nails.
f) Tie inside ties firmly to bars.
6) DOOR ASSEMBLY
a) Take one door and placing on the shower hooks (01-357) (see fig. 7).
b) Pass the elastic through the grommet hole and take one “S” hook and put it over the elastic.
Squeeze one end tight (with pliers) over the elastic. Repeat steps (a) to (c) for the other door.
7) ANCHORING GARAGE
a) Place your garage in the final position you want then close the front
and back doors (if supplied). Anchor in place with brackets
(90-013) and nails (90-012) as per fig. 9.
b) Fix flap to your house (if applicable).
