Servicing Instructions - Replacing Parts
10.6 After replacing the control box you may need to reprogram
the handset.
— Press and hold the reset button on the control box until
you hear two signals. After the second longer signal:
— Release the reset button and within 20 seconds:
— Press the DOWN button on the handset until you hear
two additional short signals confirming the new code is
set.
If there is a single long signal the code learning sequence
has failed or the wiring is incorrect.
11. Main Injector
11.1 Remove the Main Burner, see Section 4.
11.2 Undo the 2 nuts and the lock nut, see Diagram 27.

The injector can now be replaced.
11.3 Reassemble in reverse order.
12. Primary Aeration Plate
12.1 Remove the Main Burner, see Section 4.
12.2 Turn the Main Burner over and place on a soft surface so as
to not damage the unit.
12.3 Remove the 2 fixing nuts and slide the plate off the venturi,
see Diagram 28, the Aeration Plate can now be replaced.

13. Changing Between Gas Types
In order to change between gas types it will be necessary to
change both the burner assembly and the complete control
assembly.
Contact your Gazco retailer for further information.
A kit of parts is available for this. Always quote the Model
number and Serial number when ordering any spare parts.
