Servicing Instructions - Replacing Parts

4.7 Remove the 2 side brackets, see Diagram 13.

4.6 Remove the rear bracket, see Diagram 14.

Bracket

4.9 Carefully remove the engine:

Slide the burner unit to the right, pull slightly forward and

lift from the back. Carefully remove through the front of the

appliance.

Place carefully to one side.

The burner unit can now be serviced.

5. Main Control Assembly

5.1 Remove the glass frame, see Section 2.

5.2 Remove the Main Burner, see Section 4.

5.3 Remove the 4 screws to remove the access plate, see

Diagram 15.

3.10 Remove the back liner by carefully lifting over the bottom

bracket and twisting slightly to allow it to be removed

through the front of the appliance, see Diagram 11.

3.11 When replace the rear liner, ensure that the 2 brackets are

replaced.

3.12 With the liners and baffle removed the firebox is clear for

cleaning and maintenance, see Diagram 12.

3.13 To replace the liners and baffle reverse these procedures.

4. Main Burner

4.1 To remove the frame from the appliance please refer to the

separate instructions supplied with the frame.

4.2 Remove the Glass Frame, see Section 2.

4.3 Remove the baffle and liners, see Section 3.

4.4 Turn the gas supply off at the isolation device.

4.5 Remove the front 2 corner screws, see Diagram 13, arrow A.

4.6 Remove the rear 2 corner screws, see Diagram 13, arrow B.
