4.7 Remove the front 2 corner screws, see Diagram 9, arrow A.

4.8 Remove the rear 2 corner screws, see Diagram 9, arrow B.
4.9 Remove the 2 side brackets, see Diagram 9.
4.10 Remove the rear bracket, see Diagram 10.

4.11 Slide the burner unit to the right, pull slightly forward and
lift from the back. Carefully remove through the front of the
appliance. Place carefully to one side.
4.12 Remove the 4 screws to remove the access plate.

4.13 The gas supply enters through the silicone panel located on
the left-hand side on the rear of the outer box; this will need
to be slit with a sharp knife prior to passing the supply pipe
through, see Diagram 12.

4.14 Remove the Compression Elbow from the appliance.
5. Studwork Installation
5.1 DISTANCE TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL
COMBUSTIBLE PARTS OF THE STUDWORK MUST BE
KEPT BEYOND THE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS SHOWN IN
DIAGRAM 13.
PROTECT THE NEAREST STUDWORK WITH NON-
COMBUSTIBLE MATERIAL AND MAINTAIN THESE
DIMENSIONS AT ALL TIMES, SEE DIAGRAM 13.

5.2 DO NOT PACK THE VOID AROUND OR ABOVE THE
APPLIANCE WITH INSULATION MATERIALS SUCH AS
MINERAL WOOL.
5.3 THE VOID BUILT FOR THE CASSETTE MUST BE
VENTILATED TO PREVENT A BUILD-UP OF HEAT. IF
THE VOID IS SEALED, THEN YOU MUST FIT HIGH
LEVEL VENTS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE CAVITY OF
APPROXIMATELY 200CM

EACH. THESE VENTS MUST
TAKE COLD AIR FROM THE ROOM AND RETURN
WARM AIR BACK INTO THE ROOM.
5.4 AN ACCESS HATCH MUST BE LEFT IN THE SIDE OF
THE CHIMNEY BREAST FOR FUTURE SERVICING AND
INSPECTION OF THE FLUE AND APPLIANCE.
