Servicing Instructions - Replacing Parts
5.5 Lift the control box from the velcro pads and carefully
remove the right hand LED board and wires, see
Diagram 14.
5.6 Undo the screw to remove the left hand LED board, see
Diagram 14.

5.7 Remove the 4 screws from the glass bracket, see Diagram
15. This also secures the rear LED board bracket.

5.8 Remove the glass out of the left hand bracket and place on
a dry, clean surface.

5.9 With the Control Assembly on its rear face, carefully feed
the 2 front LED boards through the left hand aperture and
the Mains LED Cable through the right hand aperture, see
Diagram 17.
NOTE WHERE THE WIRES ARE POSITIONED.

5.10 Lift the cover on the top of the Driver and remove the screw
below. The Driver will now lift off the control assembly as
part of the wiring loom, see Diagram 18.

5.11 From the top of the control assembly remove the rear LED
board and bracket whilst feeding the front LEDs, Driver,
Resistor and Mains Cable through the rear aperture.
DO NOT TOUCH THE TOP OF THE LED BOARD.
5.12 Remove the 2 screws securing the rear LED board from the
bracket.
DO NOT TOUCH THE TOP OF THE LED BOARDS.
5.13 Remove the plug from the LED Mains Cable noting the
orientation of the wires. On the Module the Number 1 is live
and Number 2 is neutral.

5.14 Replace in reverse order ensuring the wires and
components are put back in exactly the same conguration.
When replacing the Long LED board the wires must be
positioned behind the bracket, see Diagram 20.

REPLACING THE COMPONENTS.
