Additional Setup
1. Connecting a new or additional Smart Device to MyFire Wi-Fi box or reinstalling
the MyFire app:
2. Connecting the MyFire Wi-Fi box to a new router:
Ensure the Smart Device is connected to your home Wi-Fi router.
Install the MyFire app, see Initial App Setup, Sections 1 - 3.
Under ‘Current Wi-Fi Boxes connected’ a list of all connected MyFire Wi-Fi boxes is displayed.
Select the circle of the appliance to connect too.
(Note: Multiple Wi-Fi boxes can be controlled by the same app)
Touch ‘Start App’ to nish app setup.
If the router has been replaced it will be necessary to reset the MyFire box:
Ensure that the new router has been setup.
Turn the appliance Off at the accessible plug or dedicated switch.
Wait a few seconds then turn the appliance On.
Open the MyFire app and access the settings:
Once reset it will now be necessary to follow Initial App Setup, Section 4-7 to setup
the MyFire Wi-Fi box.
Once the Wi-Fi box has been reset, there is a 10 minute window to
complete the setup process on the MyFire app.
If setup is not completed in this window the appliance will need to be
turned off and on again.
Note: After completing the setup process it may take several minutes for
all the options to be available on the Home Screen.
