Servicing Instructions - Replacing Parts
5b.2 Carefully withdraw the cradle and remove the wiring
connection from the left hand side, see Diagram 21.

5b.3 Undo the 2 screws securing the board and replace in
reverse order.
5c. LED Driver
Remove the Main Control Assembly to access the LED
Driver, see Section 4.
The Driver is located on the underside of the Control
Assembly next to the latching solenoid.
5c.1 Remove the screw in the center of the Driver lip, see
Diagram 22.
Carefully lift the Driver (with cables) off the control assembly
to remove.

5c.2 Replace in reverse order ensuring the components are in
the correct conguration.
ENSURE NO WIRES ARE TRAPPED WHEN
REPLACING THE COMPONENTS.
6. Replacing the Module
6.1 Remove the Glass Frame and magnetic trims, see
Section 2.
6.2 Remove the screw from the module bracket and carefully lift
to remove, see Diagram 23.

6.3 Disconnect the LED plug and Mains lead from the module,
see Diagram 24.

6.4 Disconnect the Module Lead.
6.5 The module can now be removed.
6.6 Replace in reverse order.
7. Cross Lighting Injector
7.1 Remove the Log Burners and Main Control Assembly,
see Section 4.
7.2 Turn the Main Control Assembly over to access the
components on the underside.
7.3 Remove the injector pipe by loosening the two nuts, see
Diagram 25.
