13.2 Undo the 3 screws securing the rear bracket and remove,
see Diagram 32.

13.3 Replace the glass and gasket, ensuring that the printed side
is facing outwards.
14. Flue Sure System
If the appliance has been installed in a restrictive location, it
may be necessary to remove the appliance.
14.1 Locate the sensor in the draft diverter opening, and gently
pull the 2 wires off the terminals.
14.2 From the side of the appliance remove the screw from the
bracket.
14.3 The sensor is hooked over the lip of the draft diverter. Lift up
to free the bracket.

14.4 Ret the new sensor, ensuring that the plastic spacers are
between the sensor and the bracket.
14.5 Replace the bracket in reverse order and t the 2 leads.
14.6 If it has been necessary to remove the appliance, ensure that
all disturbed gas joints are checked for gas soundness when
reinstalled, and repeat the ue clearance test as detailed in
the Commissioning Section.

15. Primary Aeration Plate
NOTE: Not all models have aeration plates.
Please refer to the Technical Specication.
15.1 To replace the primary aeration plate turn off the gas supply
at the isolation device.
15.2 Remove the burner, see Installation Instructions, Replacing
Parts, Section 5.
15.3 Undo the 2 nuts and remove the plate.
15.4 Replace with the correct size plate and secure the 2 nuts.
Ensure that the lower edge of the plate is located over the
venturi ange, see Diagram 34.

16. Changing Between Gas Types
A kit of parts is available for this - Contact your Gazco retailer
for further information.
It will be necessary to change the following:
- Burner
- Injector
- Pilot Injector
- Gas Valve
Always quote the Model number and Serial number when
ordering any spare parts.
