11. Main Injector
11.1 To remove the main injector turn off the gas supply at the
isolation device.
11.2 Remove the main burner, see Section 4.
11.3 Undo the compression nuts from the feed pipe and the gas
valve under the appliance.
11.4 Working from inside the rebox remove the lock nut from the
injector, see Diagram 22.

11.5 Extract the injector with the feed pipe from beneath the
appliance.
11.6 Holding the injector with a spanner:
11.7 Undo the feed pipe. Note the orientation of the Injector.
11.8 Re-assemble in reverse order.
11.9 Turn on the gas supply and check for leaks.
12. Glass Side Panels
To service the glass side panels, rst remove the back panel
and the side trims (see Section 3).
12.1 Undo the 4 screws securing the front bracket and remove,
see Diagram 23.

12.2 Undo the 3 screws securing the rear bracket and remove,
see Diagram 24.

12.3 Replace the glass and gasket, ensuring that the printed side
is facing outwards.
13. Flue Sure System
If the appliance has been installed in a restrictive location, it
may be necessary to remove the appliance.
13.1 Locate the sensor in the draft diverter opening, and gently
pull the 2 wires off the terminals.
13.2 From the side of the appliance remove the screw from the
bracket.
13.3 The sensor is hooked over the lip of the draft diverter. Lift up
to free the bracket.

13.4 Ret the new sensor, ensuring that the plastic spacers are
between the sensor and the bracket.
13.5 Replace the bracket in reverse order and t the 2 leads.
13.6 If it has been necessary to remove the appliance, ensure that
all disturbed gas joints are checked for gas soundness when
reinstalled, and repeat the ue clearance test as detailed in
the Commissioning Section.
