1. General
1.1 All main components can be replaced without removing the
appliance from its installation.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE GAS SUPPLY TO THE
APPLIANCE IS TURNED OFF AT THE ISOLATION
DEVICE BEFORE PROCEEDING FURTHER.
1.2 Removal of Flue
If, for any reason, the ue has to be removed from the
appliance, the seal must be replaced in the inner spigot.
2. Removing the Glass Door
IMPORTANT: THE OUTER PANELLING OF THE
GAZCO LOFT IS MADE FROM CAST IRON. USE
CAUTION WHEN INSTALLING, REMOVING AND
STORING AS THE COMPONENTS ARE HEAVY
AND SHOULD BE HANDLED CAREFULLY.
2.1 Remove the plinth to access the controls:
1. Pull the lower section of the plinth forward to release from
the studs.
2. Lift the top section and tilt forward to clear the hooks
and slots on the front of the appliance, see Diagram 1.

2.2 Remove the 4 screws, see Diagram 2.

2.3 Lift the glass door slightly and angle the bottom away from
the appliance. Lower the glass door to disengage the top
hooks from the appliance, see Diagram 3.
NOTE: SUPPORT DOOR WHEN REMOVING.

2.4 Place carefully to one side.
2.5 The glass door must be retted to the appliance following
cleaning or servicing.
2.6 Angle the top of the glass door towards the appliance and
locate the top hooks into the bars of the appliance, see
Diagram 4.

2.7 Push the base of the glass door against the appliance and
lower.
