The appliance batteries are located on a bracket located behind the lower plinth, see Diagram 6. To remove the plinth see Section 3. All logs can be identified by a letter (A - D) on their underside. Direct to Hearth The appliance sits on a mounting bracket to secure it in place to either the hearth or bench. 3a.1 To fix to a hearth, first remove the mounting bracket from beneath the appliance. 3a.2 Remove the plinth to access the controls: 1. Pull the lower section of the plinth forward to release from the studs. 2. Lift the top section and tilt forward to clear the hooks and slots on the front of the appliance, see Diagram 9. 9 3a.

Flue Assembly for details). 5.10 Replace the wall mounting bracket and secure with the screws.

Flue Length 6.32 The final length of the flue pipe includes the terminal. The terminal is the only section that can be shortened. DO NOT SHORTEN ANY OTHER SECTION OF FLUE PIPE. 6.

Servicing Requirements IMPORTANT – The glass panel on this appliance should be checked for any signs of damage on the front face of the glass panel (scratches, scores, cracks or other surface defects). If damage is observed, the glass panel must be replaced and the appliance must not be used until a replacement is installed. Under no circumstances should the appliance be used if any damage is observed.
