10. Control Box
10.1 To replace the control box first access the main control
assembly, See Section 5.
10.2 Remove the 2 thermocurrent cables by removing the 2
screws, Diagram 22.
10.3 Remove the ignition lead, Diagram 22.
10.4 Remove the eight wire loom from the control box.
10.5 Remove the battery extension cable, Diagram 22.
The control box can now be replaced.
When replacing the sealing plate on the rear of the control
cover use a suitable silicone sealant.

10.6 After replacing the control box you may need to reprogram
the handset.
Press and hold the reset button on the control box until
you hear two signals. After the second longer signal:
Release the reset button and within 20 seconds:
Press the DOWN button on the handset until you hear
two additional short signals confirming the new code is
set.
If there is a single long signal the code learning sequence
has failed or the wiring is incorrect.
11. Main Injector
11.1 To remove the main injector turn off the gas supply at the
isolation device.
11.2 Remove the main burner, see Section 4.
11.3 Undo the compression nuts from the feed pipe and the gas
valve under the appliance.
11.4 Working from inside the rebox remove the lock nut from the
injector, see Diagram 23.

11.5 Extract the injector with the feed pipe from beneath the
appliance.
11.6 Holding the injector with a spanner:
11.7 Undo the feed pipe. Note the orientation of the Injector.
11.8 Re-assemble in reverse order.
11.9 Turn on the gas supply and check for leaks.
