Replacing convertible notebook components

7 Remove the keyboard by following the steps in “Replacing the keyboard” on page 28.
8 Remove the LCD assembly by following the steps in “Replacing the LCD assembly” on page 40.
9 Remove the palm rest by following the steps in “Replacing the palm rest” on page 50.
10 Remove the system board by following the steps in “Replacing the system board” on page58.
11 Turn the system board over so the bottom is facing up, then remove the screws that secure
the modem to the convertible notebook.
12 Lift the modem off of the system board.
