1/2cup plainyogurt

2/3cup burghul
2cups choppedfreshparsley
2tablespoonschoppedfreshmint
1 tomato,seeded,chopped
1 yellowcapsicum,seededandchopped
1/4cup oil
2tablespoonslemonjuice
2cloves garlic,chopped
Placelambmince,eggs,breadcrumbs,onion,mint,cinnamon,coriander,cumin,chilli
andgarammasalainabowl.Mixwelltocombine,formintosmallsausageshapes.Grill
orbarbecueuntilcookedthrough.Tomaketabbouleh,placeburghulinabowl,cover
withhotwater,standfor30minutes.Drainandsqueezedry.Placeburghul,parsley,
mint,tomato,capsicum,oil,lemonjuiceandgarlicintoblenderjug,pulseuntilingredients
are finely chopped. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover and refrigerate until required.
