ownerandoperatorshallbeawarethatuseofthisproductmayrequirespecialskillsandknowledge.Instructions
andsafetyinformationshallbeconveyedintheoperator’snativelanguagebeforeuseofthisproductisauthorized.
Makecertainthattheoperatorthoroughlyunderstandstheinherentdangersassociatedwiththeuseandmisuse
oftheproduct.Ifanydoubtexistsastothesafeandproperuseofthisproduct,removefromservice immediately.
Inspect before each use. Do not useiftherearebroken,bent,crackedordamagedparts(includinglabels).
Any creeper/stepstoolthatappearsdamagedinanyway,oroperatesabnormallyshallberemovedfromservice
immediately. If the creeper/stepstoolhasbeensubjectedtoashockload(aloaddroppedsuddenly,unexpectedlyupon
it),immediatelydiscontinueuseuntilithasbeeninspectedbyanauthorizedservicecenter.Itisrecommendedthatan
annualinspectionbedonebyqualiedpersonnel.LabelsandOperator’sManualsareavailablefrommanufacturer.

Thisdeviceisa2-in-1creeperseatandstepstool.Whenusedasacreeperseat,itwillsupportandmoverated
capacityloadsconsistingofasinglepersonweighingnomorethan350lbs.Inthestepstoolposition,thisdevice
willsupporta400lbs.ratedcapacityload.Thisdeviceisnotintended,designedorengineeredtobeusedforany
other purpose.
