best place is the separate ARIA Player manual. Please read these manuals before contacting support.
Next, check the readme les (if any) that contain im portant information and all last-minute changes
that were not available when creating this guide. Whenever you encounter problems, you should also
check if you have installed the latest updates. e version number of your software is displayed in the
Settings tab. Updates are released regularly to x known problems and improve the software.
Selecting the “Get Help” button in the “Settings” tab in the ARIA Player
will link di rectly to the Support site. To better assist you, we will ask
you for all information about your hardware and software environments. In your report, you should
include a description of the problem, the steps you have taken to try to remedy the problem, the specs
of your computer, and a description of your software and hardware.
If there is a severe technical issue (crash, empty UI), please go to the “Generate Logs” link. For Win-
dows the link is in the Start Menu, and Mac users can nd the Generate Log link in your librarys
folder. is link will open a window and will allow you to create a log on your desktop. Please attach
