GDL 69A MESSAGE ADVISORIES
Message Comments
GDL69 CONFIG
– GDL 69 config
error. Config service req’d.
GDL 69 configuration settings do not match
those of backup configuration memory. The
system should be serviced.
GDL69 FAIL
– GDL 69 has failed. A failure has been detected in the GDL 69. The
receiver is unavailable. The system should be
serviced
MANIFEST
– GDL software
mismatch, communication halted.
The GDL 69 has incorrect software installed.
The system should be serviced.
GDR 66 MESSAGE ADVISORIES
System Message Comments
CPDLC
– CPDLC facility logon failed. Logon failed. Check pertinent entries for accuracy.
CPDLC
– CPDLC session terminated. The currently active CPDLC session has been
terminated.
GDR TEMP
– GDR over temp.
Reducing transmitter power.
The system has detected an over temperature
condition in the GDR. The transmitter operates at
reduced power. If the problem persists, the system
should be serviced.
GDR FAIL
– GDR is inoperative. A failure has been detected in the GDR. The
system should be serviced.
GDR TX FAIL
– GDR transmitter is
inoperative.
The system should be serviced.
GDR PTT
– GDR push-to-talk key is
stuck.
The GDR push-to-talk switch is stuck in the
enable (or “pressed”) position. Press the PTT
switch again to cycle its operation. If the problem
persists, the system should be serviced.
GDR RMT XFR
– GDR remote
transfer key is stuck.
The GDR transfer switch is stuck in the enabled
(or “pressed”) position. Press the transfer switch
again to cycle its operation. If the problem
persists, the system should be serviced.
GDR SERVICE
– GDR needs service.
Return unit for repair.
The GDR should be serviced when possible.
