The GCU 475 has incorrect software installed.
The system should be serviced.
GCU KEYSTK – GCU [key name]
Key is stuck.
A key is stuck on the GCU 475 bezel. Attempt
to free the stuck key by pressing it several times.
The system should be serviced if the problem
