10) At Lamar VOR (LAA) V263 will be intercepted.

11) ATC grants clearance to proceed direct to OPSHN
intersection to begin the arrival procedure and
issues a crossing altitude restriction of 10,000
feet at OPSHN.
a) Press the
FMS Knob to activate the cursor.
b) Turn the large
FMS Knob to select OPSHN in
the flight plan list.
c) Press the
Direct-to ( ) Key. The Direct-to
Window is now displayed as shown in Figure
7-26.

d) Turn the large FMS Knob to place the cursor
in the VNV altitude field as shown in Figure
7-27.

e) An altitude of 10,000 feet is entered as
requested by ATC.
