ANNUNCIATIONS & ALERTS
Alert Levels
The G1000 Alerting System uses a single alert level for
Mooney aircraft:
• MESSAGE ADVISORY: A Message Advisory alert is
designed to provide general information to the pilot.
This alert is accompanied by a flashing ADVISORY
softkey, as shown in Figure 9.1.2. Pressing the
ADVISORY softkey acknowledges the presence of
the alert and displays the alert text message in the
Alerts window. All G1000 system alerts listed in
Section 9.4 are categorized as Message Advisories.

Annunciation
