detailed description of Stormscope operation.
DISPLAYING STORMSCOPE LIGHTNING
DATA ON THE NAVIGATION MAP PAGE
NOTE: Stormscope must receive valid heading
information for Stormscope lightning data to be
displayed on the G1000.
NOTE: If the heading is lost, strikes and/or cells
must be cleared manually after the execution of
each turn. This is to ensure that the strike and/or
cell positions are displayed accurately in relation
to the aircraft.
