Garmin G1000 Pilot’s Guide for the Cessna Citation Mustang
Viewing information about an airport:
1) Press the NRST Softkey to display a list of the nearest airports.
2) Select the desired airport.
3) Select the ENT Key.
4) The airport information is displayed with ‘BACK’ highlighted at the bottom of the window (Figure 5-65).
5) When finished viewing the airport information, select the ENT Key to return to the nearest airports list.
Activating a direct-to:
From the Nearest Airports Window, highlight the desired airport, then select the Direct-to Key. The Direct-to Window
appears. Select the
ENT Key twice to activate.

Selecting a COM frequency:
From the Nearest Airports Window, highlight the desired frequency, then select the ENT Key. The frequency is placed
in the standby COM frequency field in the COM Tuning Box.
