The call-outs in the illustrations show:
(C) Hot air exhaust from the griddle/braising pan.
(D) Air intake through the air intake openings on the bottom of the unit.
(E) Hot air exhaust from the generator.
(F) Air intake through the air intake opening on the generator.
(G) Louvered air exhaust opening installed on the cabinet.
(H) Custom-built, lidded grease bucket with extended grease chute.
4.5 Dimensions and Installation
4.5.1 Generator (Griddle and Braising Pan)
• The generator can be installed up to 10 feet (3.05m) away from the griddle or braising pan.
• A 2.5m cable kit (208V or 400V version) is included. Other cable kit options: 4m Cable Kit, 6m Cable Kit.
