Roof Coating is a 100% white silicone coating that
provides the ultimate durability and longevity to your roof surface. This product
has the highest degree of waterproong protection and provides superior
protection to roof surfaces. It is ideally suited for at roofs that have problems
with ponding water, as well as on installations that require high degrees of
waterproong protection. The bright white nish keeps roofs cooler, which in
turn can help lower cooling costs. In hot or cold climates, this coating forms a
seamless layer of waterproong protection that will stretch to prevent cracking
and peeling. This premium product has high solids and can be applied in a thicker
one coat application.

PREPARATION: All surfaces should be clean. Treat rust with proper primer. If mildew is present, surfaces should be cleaned with a proper bleach solution (one part
bleach to 2 parts water). To qualify for warranty, it is necessary to power wash (using a wide spray tip) all surfaces before applying this roof coating. Applications
to TPO, EPDM and Hypalon require a special process, call for more info. Perform Peel Adhesion Test (ASTM D903-98) before applying to any single ply roong
surface.
APPLICATION: Surface and air temperatures must be between 45 °F and 99 °F. Apply on a clear, dry day with a max humidity level of 70%. Use a quality 3/4”nap
paint roller. Make sure the morning dew has completely dried on the roof before applying. Step 1. Clean surface. Step 2. Repair cracks and damaged areas with

Sealant, and embed a layer of Universal Repair Fabric. Allow to cure for two hours or until dry. Coating application options: If one coat application
is desired, apply 1 coat at 50 sq/ft per gallon. If applying in 2 coats, apply each coat at 1 gallon per 100 sq/ft. Finished coverage will be the same, at covering 250
sq/ft of roof surface. DO NOT apply if heavy dew or rain is expected within 2 to 4 hours.
COVERAGE: 5 gallons will cover 250 sq/ft of surface, and will result in a dry lm thickness of 30 mils.
NOTE: Do not apply to roofs over 110 °F.
CLEAN-UP: Clean tools immediately with mineral spirits.
Approved primer is recommended over asphalt substrates to limit staining and discoloration.
PRECAUTIONS: For exterior use only. Protect building inlets from product vapors or fumes. DO NOT allow product to freeze. Protective clothing, gloves and eye-
wear should be used during application of these products. When transporting this product, ensure that lid is tight and pail secure and upright. DO NOT allow pail
to tumble as this may cause lid to loosen and leakage to occur. Do not transport on passenger seats or inside the passenger compartment of any vehicle. Store
product in the cargo area of vehicle, and secure over protective cloths to prevent damage due to accidental spills. For longest life, store in controlled environment,
45 °F-80 °F. DO NOT store in direct sunlight. DO NOT store at temperatures above 99 °F. Close container after use. DO NOT reuse empty containers. Ponding
water creates excessive weight on roofs and may compromise structural integrity leading to a potential collapse hazard. Always follow the National Roong
Contractors Association guidelines to remove ponding water from roof surfaces. Slip Warning: Use extreme caution when walking or working on silicone coated
surfaces, and apply traction promoting particles in coating if needed for walkway areas. Surface is extremely slippery and can create a fall hazard resulting in injury
or death. Use OSHA approved fall protection when on roof surfaces.

Roof Coating is guaranteed to form a protective coating to your roof, for a period of fty (50) years
from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is only applicable when this product is applied to a sound roof according to the directions, and a peel test sample
has been successfully done. If the coating does not perform as stated during the guarantee period, we will provide, with sales receipt, the original purchaser with
replacement coating to repair the affected part of the roof. Failures due to acts of God, re, structural defects or causes beyond our control are excluded from
this guarantee. Gardner-Gibson, Inc is not responsible for any labor, property or other consequential damages or costs incurred in the original or any replacement
