WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER: Gardner Flexx-Bond™ Rubberized Coating and Adhesive
is guaranteed to form a protective repair to your roof, for a period of twelve (12)
months from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable when this product
is applied according to our directions, and used with reinforcing fabric. This warranty
does not cover at roofs, or poor drainage surfaces where ponding water exists. All
surfaces must maintain a minimum slope of 1” per foot (5°), to be eligible for warranty.
If the repair does not perform as stated during the guarantee period, we will provide
the original purchaser with original sales receipt, the replacement product to repair
the eected part of the roof. Failures due to acts of God, re, structural defects or
causes beyond our control are excluded from this guarantee. The manufacturer is not
responsible for any labor, property or other consequential damages or costs incurred
in the original or any replacement application. Except as stated above, we make no
warranties or guaranties, expressed or implied, and none should be inferred.

Coating and Adhesive se garantiza que forme una reparación protectiva para su
techo, durante un periodo de doce (12) meses a partir de la fecha de la compra.
Esta garantía es válida únicamente en el evento que este producto se aplique de
acuerdo con nuestras instrucciones, y se usa con la tela de refuerzo. Esta garantía
no cubre la aplicación en los techos planos, en supercies que no tengan desagüe
suciente o dónde pueda acumularse el agua. Todas las supercies deberán mantener
una inclinación mínima de 1 pulgada (2,54 cm.) por pie (30,48 cm.) (5°), para que
sean elegibles de la garantía. En el evento que la reparación no funcione según la
declaración durante el periodo de garantía, el comprador original que tenga el recibo
de venta original en su posesión, tendrá derecho de recibir de nosotros un producto de
reemplazo para reparar la porción afectada del techo. Aquellos fallos debidos a fuerza
mayor, defectos estructurales o por causas más allá de nuestro control, se excluirán de
esta garantía. No es responsable la manufacturera de cualquier labor, propiedad u otro
daño consiguiente o costo incurrido de la aplicación original o de reemplazo. Excepto
según mencionado anteriormente, no existen otras garantías, expresa o implícitas, y
ninguna se ha inferido.
