HAT IS IT?

his advanced clear sealant has outstanding adhesion to a variety of sur-
faces, and provides a long lasting rubberized seal for almost any application. Great for
s
ealing around decorative or visible areas where a noticeable patch is not desirable.
T
his premium formula has outstanding UV resistance, stays clear and will not “yellow or
cloud” over time like other products. It is ideal for repairing cracks in exterior or interior
a
pplications where clear elastic seal is desired. Product is water based, and will have a
cloudy white appearance when applied, but dries clear. Can be painted if needed.

FOR BEST RESULTS: Use product on a clear warm day when temperatures are above
65°F. Work product to an even consistency over the area to be sealed. Use a trowel to
spread over repair if needed. Product should be allowed to dry at least 24 hours before
exposure to rain.
PRECAUTIONS: Protective clothing and eyewear should be used during application of
these products
. When transporting this product, do not transport on passenger seats or
inside the passenger compar

y vehicle. DO NOT store at temperatures above
100
°F. DO NOT allow product to freeze. Seal partially used container. DO NOT reuse
empty containers. Not for use on EPDM or some single ply membranes.
HOW TO CLEAN-UP: Clean tools with soap and water when wet.
