Everybody knows them and they are mostly harmless, but no

one likes to have nocturnal visitors in the bathroom: We are talk-

ing about silverﬁsh. The insects feed on hair and skin particles

amongst other things and like a dark and damp environment. It’s

not surprising they feel most comfortable in the bathroom. Their

scientiﬁc name, Lepisma saccharina, indicates that they prefer

a diet consisting of carbohydrates. We can use this trait to our

advantage with the Silverﬁsh Trap. Its food-based attractant is

odourless for humans, but has a delicious smell for silverﬁsh.

The Silverﬁsh Trap does not use any insecticides. The insects will

simply stick to the trap.

Application:

Pull the protective foil off the adhesive surface and be careful

not to touch it. Fold the trap into a triangle shape with the sticky

surface facing inside and push the tab into the corresponding

slot. The triangular shape will protect you from touching the glue

surface by accident. Set the trap near the insects’ hiding places.

Replace the trap when 70 % of the sticky surface is covered with

silverﬁsh.

• Keep the traps away from children! (Danger of sticking)

• Use only according to the instructions for use!

• Wash out adhesive residue with soap and warm water
