For controllers with a non-USB power supply, the power supply can be stored in the designated storage space on
the side of the controller.
Remove the compartment cover (1),
Place the power supply into the compartment and insert the cabling into the designated slots on the base of the
controller.
Replace the compartment cover.

4.5.3 Relay Connection
The GAT NET.Controller M 7020 has four potential-free relay outputs (1 in Figure 4.15) that can be used to send
signals when a certain event occurs. The master controller also has four optocoupler inputs (2 in Figure 4.15) that
are currently reserved for future use.
The GAT NET.Controller M 7020 Light is intended for smaller systems and has no inputs and outputs.

Some application examples for the relay outputs include:
- To trigger an alarm notification system. If a break-in is attempted at a locker, an alarm is triggered in GAT
Relaxx. An additional alarm notification system with flashing light and beeper can be installed in a visible
position to immediately alert staff of the security problem.
- To trigger a locker occupancy system. The relay could be configured to indicate, e.g., via a display installed
above the locker room entrance, when the controlled lockers are almost fully occupied.
