L on Production to see each base’s current build orders, how many minerals have
been accrued towards those orders, total mineral cost of those orders, and esti-
mated number of turns until completion. For more on Build Orders, see p. 67.
Citizens displays the population graph for each base, showing the function
and attitude of each citizen. L on a worker to reassign as a specialist, and :
on a specialist to reassign as a worker (see Citizens, p. 61).
Garrison shows each unit currently stationed in each base. L on a unit for a
menu of options to activate the unit or give it orders.

A smaller MFD is located in the lower left of the screen. This MFD may display
the Governor Readout and the Best Bases Readout, depending on which of the
two buttons you have selected.
The Governor Readout allows you to apply any of the normal governor
options (see Governor, p. 69). You can change the governor options for a spe-
cific base (the base highlighted in the upper MFD), or choose
SELECT ALL to
simultaneously change every base in your faction. cL on each of several
bases to select multiple bases.
The Best Bases Readout shows your top-performing base in each of several
categories, including mineral, nutrient and energy production, energy reserves,
lab output, Psych output, population and garrisoned units.
