Religion and the Gods

As governor of the city, you, too, make an appearance

at the festival to pay homage to the honored god and

mingle with the citizens.

Organizers cannot prepare more than two festivals in

any 12 month period. If you have already held two

festivals in any given 12 month period, your organiz-

ers will accept an order for another festival, but will not

be able to begin preparations for it yet. If plans for a

festival are already under way, you cannot order a sec-

ond festival until the first one has taken place.
