These bosses are extremely dangerous and can be identified by green ! icons. The rebels are technically savvy and employ complex communications systems for countersurveillance.

J MISSION REWARDS Completing main missions unlocks new agency safehouses, which may contain new vehicles or weaponry. Opening up a new safehouse also triggers the destablization of the province in which the safehouse is located, allowing you to begin its liberation.
