ARMOR: Light
PURPOSE: Constructs vehicles
This structure is responsible for the building of
all Soviet ground based vehicles. Building
multiple War Factories decreases the amount
of time required to build a vehicle.
ARMOR: Light
PURPOSE: Trains attack dogs
The Kennel trains Attack Dogs.
SUB PEN
ARMOR: Light
PURPOSE: Constructs & repairs naval
vessels
The Sub pen builds and launches Submarines
and Transports. Damaged Submarines and
Transports docked in the Sub Pen are repaired.
