TIME DEFROST
The defrosting power is adjusted automatically once the cooking time is programmed.
1. In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/WEIGHT button once.
2. Turn MENU/TIME/WEIGHT/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL dial to enter defrosting time. The longest time
is 95 minutes.
3. Press MENU/TIME/WEIGHT/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL dial or START button to start.
NOTE: During defrosting program, the system will pause to remind you to turn over the food, after that,
press START to resume.
WEIGHT DEFROST
The defrosting time and power level are automatically set once the food category and the weight are
programmed.
1. In standby mode, press DEFROST/TIME/WEIGHT button twice.
2. Turn MENU/TIME/WEIGHT/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL dial to select food code.
3. Press MENU/TIME/WEIGHT/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL dial or START button once.
4. Turn MENU/TIME/WEIGHT/TEMPERATURE/LEVEL dial to enter the food weight.
