Roasting function
Only with heating mode "Roaster function":
You will need the roaster, pull-out system and heating
element (optional accessories).
In the searing stage, the oven heats at full power for
approx. 3 minutes. This way, you can sear steaks, for
example.
Touch the ¤ symbol. The searing stage starts up. You
can also set the searing feature several times one after
another.
To end the searing stage early, touch £ .
