- Fitting the upper support frame
- 1 Before installation, specify the total height of the support frame and mark the screw holes.
- Note:
- 2 On the ceiling mark the center point of the appliance.
- 3 Using the enclosed template, mark the positions for the screws on the ceiling.
- 4 Drill four 5/16" (8 mm) Ø holes to a depth of 3 5/ 32" (80 mm) for the attachments and press in the wall plugs flush with the wall.
- 5 Attach the upper part of the support frame to the ceiling with 4 screws.

- 1 Avant le montage, définissez la hauteur totale du châssis-support et marquez l’emplacement des trous.
- Remarque :
- 2 Au plafond, marquez l’emplacement du centre de l’appareil.
- 3 À l’aide du gabarit ci-joint, marquez les emplacements des vis contre le plafond.
- 4 Pour les fixations, percez quatre trous de 8 mm de Ø et profonds de 80 mm, puis enfoncez les chevilles jusqu'au ras de la surface
- 5 À l’aide de 4 vis, fixez la partie supérieure du châssis-support contre le plafond.

Fitting the lower support frame
Attach upper and lower parts of the support frame at
the specified total height using 10screws.
Notes
‒ Ensure that the lower support frame is in the
correct position. The open side must be facing
the control element of the cooktop.
‒ The support frame can be re-aligned by
loosening the fastening screws.
Installing the appliance
1 Hook the appliance from below into the support
frame.
Note: Ensure that the mains cable is not
trapped.
2 Attach the appliance to the support frame using
2 fastening screws.
3 Hook in retaining clip and screw tight.
Connecting the pipes
Note: If an aluminum pipe is used, smooth the
connection area beforehand.
Exhaust-air pipe Ø 6” (150 mm) (recommended size)
Attach exhaust-air pipe directly to the air-pipe
connector and seal.
Exhaust-air pipe Ø 4 _” (120mm)
1 Attach reducing connector directly to the air-
pipe connector.
2 Attach exhaust air pipe to the reducing
connector.
3 Seal both joints appropriately.
