Loca l Phone book
Th is phoneboo k is saved on the PC o r PPC.
Click Phone Book on th e WI M st art screen. By defa ult, the
local phon e book is displayed. Yo u can view the local contacts
by selecting Local contacts fr om t h e View
menu .
Th e fo llowing options are d i splayed when you click the
Manage menu:
• Add co ntact: Click Add contact and enter the name,
the office number, the home number, and
the cell number of the contact and click Save . Click
DTMF for eac h number to specify the DTMF code
while
dialing the numb e r.
• Edit : Click Edit and enter the name, the office num-
ber, the home number, and the cell number of the
se lected contact and click Save .
• Delete: Select the co ntac t t o be deleted from the
list shown in the screen and click Delete to delete the
contact.
