Fypon millwork products are used on both the interior and exterior of residential and exterior of commercial projects. Fypon polyurethane
products provide superior performance over many other materials given their inherent properties. Polyurethane is a closed-cell product,
making it resistant to moisture and insects. It resists rotting, warping, cracking and peeling, as well as crumbling and deterioration.

INSTALLATION
• Each piece has a consistent quality and finish, which
require no sanding, priming or sealing
• Pieces can be sawed, drilled, nailed and glued like wood
• Significantly lighter in weight than wood or plaster
products, saving time and labor on the job-site
• Use standard woodworking tools for installation
PAINTING
Fypon products come double-primed with an exterior grade
coating. The pre-primed surface is ready to stain or paint - no
sanding or additional priming needed. The product should be
painted with a high quality latex paint. Pieces can be painted
any color the homeowner desires, and can also be faux painted
and marbleized for more decorative looks. Please contact your
local paint supplier for more details on painting specifications for
Urethane surfaces.
