TRIGGER KEYS PANEL
The Trigger Keys panel allows you to adjust the key assignments for
the different hits in each Kit-Piece of the drumkit.
Exit the panel without making any changes by clicking its icon again, or by clicking
the icon in the top-right corner, or bring up a new panel instead by clicking
another panel icon.
There are three different ways of adjusting the key assignments:
• click and drag: click the key value and drag the mouse up or down
• manual editing: double-click the key value and enter the new value with
the computer keyboard
• learn mode: click the name next to the key value and then press the
desired key on the MIDI keyboard. There is no feedback to show you
have clicked and the next key will be learned, but it does work!
You can also save and load key assignments by using the buttons at the top of this
window. Press the button in order to reset the key assignments to default
settings.
TEMPO DISPLAY
There is a handy tempo display in the bottom-right of the BFD interface. This area
also houses the 'panic' button.
Panic Button
Clicking this button stops any sound which may be coming out of BFD.
It is useful if you get any stuck notes.
