MAKE SURE TO TIGHTEN ALL AREAS!
Important!
To properly refinish and maintain your
solid Paulownia cutting board, follow
these steps:
Make sure cutting board is dry!
1. Using 400-600 grit sand paper,
lightly sand the top.
2. Clean the top surface using lemon
juice and Kosher salt mix. (1 cup/1 tea
spoon)
3. Use a natural oil or wax (i.e. Tung oil,
Linseed oil, Mineral oil, Bees Wax...)
sourced at your local hardware store,
apply a thin even coat in grain direction
and let dry for 24 hours.
4. Using 800-1200 grit sandpaper, buff
the top smooth, clean, and use!
Repeat as needed!
