Position and contact erosion indicator
Tube replacement For the tube replacement, disconnect the size T25 Torx-screws (see section
3.5.4 "Contact replacement").
The 3 position indicators on the front
plate of the contactor are also contact
erosion and wear indicators for all
three vacuum tubes.
If the indicator on any one of the tubes
goes under the limit marker then all 3
vacuum tube need to be replaced.
